What Is A Notary Public?

A notary, also called a notary public, is a person who is authorized to witness the signing of important documents. We are an NNA background check verified notary and we also have a notary essentials certificate, loan signing certificate, and are Part of the American Association of Notaries.


How It Works

A notary public goes through training and obtains an official seal to affix to paperwork that he or she has witnessed the signing.

Why It Matters

Notary stamps give documents legal weight. Notaries are commonly used for wills, trusts, deeds and powers of attorney. Each state sets its own requirements for becoming a notary, Some require the purchase of a surety bond, background checks and/or testing.
